The success continues: GigaContent sends "Live fra Bremen" and
"Aloha"
4. February, 2010
GigaContent continues where we left off in autumn 2009 with a
series of new transmissions of some of TV2's most popular shows.
Both the comedy show "Live from Bremen" and comedian Casper
Christensen's new talk show "Aloha" will be sent directly from the
theater Bremen in Nyropsgade in Copenhagen and to TV2's broadcast
facility in Odense on GigaContent's network.
The first transmission in the new series of live comedy shows will
air on Friday, February 5th at 21.00-21.45 hours directly followed
by the talk show "Aloha". Overall, "Live from Bremen" will be sent
10 times, while "Aloha" series will constitute 20 programs spread
over the following Fridays and Tuesdays. All transmissions will be
using GigaContent's network, although a couple of the shows for
technical reasons will be recorded for later broadcast.
- We are truly excited to continue our work in providing Danish TV
audience with some of the country's best entertainment, and we are
especially pleased that we this year will be sending even more live
shows from Bremen, says Jan de Blanck, VP of sales and Marketing at
Giga Content.
This time comedian Casper Christensen's own company Douglas
Entertainment is in charge of the practical machinery behind the
production of the two shows. The production manager will be Jens
Balling.
